This is a blank sheet for anyone to use. Just view the source and copy/paste it onto the page you make for your character to instantly have a suitable template to work off of for character creation, logging, and a biography. Delete this part so you don't look like a scrub.

Name: Name you go by
Alternate Identity: Hero name, if one is had
Secret Identity: Real name, if it differs from the above two
Species: If something other than human, can list it here (if human, can remove or list it as human, w/e)
Gender: Male/female
Age: Numerical value
Height: Self-explanatory
Weight: Self-explanatory
Hair: Color, length, etc
Eye Color: eye color, and anything else (mention if your eyes are like a snake's, etc..)
Occupation: If any, it can be listed here
Relationship Status: Some people like showing off who they're hooking up with. If you don't care or don't think it pertains to the character, remove it.
Description: If your image isn't 100% accurate (or you don't use an image for your character), can go into length on their appearance here.

Past: Backstory of the character. Can be long or short, but it should be about a paragraph, at the minimum. This should be filled out before trying to get your character approved to give context for what you're trying to do. Doesn't need to be a novel (and I discourage that, in fact).

Affiliations: Any organizations or noteworthy connections or attachments the character has. This could be anything from being a member of the high school debate team to having formed your own group of Supers called The Night Watch.

Logs

Use collapsible code to organize your logs in a condensed and easily-overlooked manner. Don't try to nest the collapsible code, you can't do it. If this becomes too long (which it might, with a shitton of logs), I'll consider allowing people to delete their logs every month (after being checked) so that you only keep one month's worth, and just list the total gained through prior months in a breakdown similar to the one in the character sheet section.
