Description: By day there is really not much worthy of mention about Chloe. She does not stand out much at all. Slightly above average in terms of looks perhaps, but with all these supers around that was nothing special. She stood roughly five and a half feet tall and looked to weight little more than one hundred pounds. She had simple brown hair that fell to within a few inches of her shoulders and had brown eyes. In terms of clothing she was a simple girl, often dressed in jeans and a t shirt for the most part, though when situations dictated other wise she would dress for the occasion.

Past: There is no need to go into any sort of depth to 'Silvers' childhood, but touching on it seems like a wise choice. Chloe Jones was born into an average family in New York. While her parents were neither amazing or special they were known to be fairly intelligent. Both her mother and father were professors at NYU. They were able to provide for their child quite well and they lived an ordinary life. Her entire life was spent in New York so she has not known much beyond the 'city walls' Growing up Chloe never showed any signs of being overly intelligent, infact she was quite the average child. Through school and sports she never really stood out until later in her high school years. During these years she became increasingly more active, taking place in more of the extreme sports. It seemed she just loved to live on the edge. While she was involved in this lifestyle she always had her parents guiding her in their path, the path of science. Chloe took up something of an interest in nanotechnology which would come more into play later in her life.
Shortly after graduating from high school Chloe's mother was involved in a car accident. This accident killed her mother and had a great impact on herself and her father. Chloe had intended to go see the world, travel for years, but after this unforeseen event it lead her to stay home, to go to school here. She attended the same school her father and mother had taught at, her father now retired. Her interest in nanotechnology led her to try and follow a career path that would have her make money off her interest. As she made her way through the university courses, the years passed and her father took ill. The illness has essentially left her father bedridden and has left Chloe to support the two of them. With her fathers connections and her grades in school she was able to get a job in the private sector working with nanomachines, attempting to cure diseases, hopefully the one ailing her father.
While the job was good, it hardly paid her well, at least at the time being, she was still a student after all. This was mainly a job that was giving her experience so she could have a better job when she graduated. With the emergence of all the 'super powers' it made things much harder on her, on her father. There were so many with such gifted minds that it was hard for her to get ahead. This is where her path in life changed.
With her fathers illness getting worse and worse Chloe started to grow desperate. At first the lifestyle she now was a part of never crossed her mind but making money to pay for treatments and drugs for her father pushed her to do things she never thought she could. At first it was simple things, stealing things that would not go noticed at work, but that did not last long. With all the super powered beings running around it made things a little easier for someone with no powers at all to get away with things. When something happened, good or bad, people turned their attention to people with power, not ordinary average joes. Due to this her crimes quickly escalated, from petty crimes to bigger ones, breaking into places, stealing money, items, technology, whatever she was able to do without getting too much attention brought down on someone like her.
For a while this went fine, pulling smaller crimes here and there but eventually people take notice, and with all the people with powers it didn't take them long to start catching on. Due to this she realized that she needed something of a trump card, something to try and even the odds should she run into one of them. The first thing was a suit, one that would hide who she was. This was a relatively simple process (i mean she is a woman, don't they all know how to sew?) A suit alone was not going to solve any problem she might run into but nanomachines? that may do the trick, and how convenient it was she happened to work with them. It was not a quick process however, developing machines to do what she needed took time and she couldn't do it all. Luckily her place of work didn't just do work to try and use nano colonies to heal, but attempted to do things for the military as well.
In time she was able to get her filthy little hands upon many things to help enhance her suit. This was not the quickest process, taking several years to do so but eventually she was able to have a suit to perform as she required it to. With all the modifications to her suit she was able to take on a 'super hero' like state. The suit augmented physical abilities, making her stronger, faster while the suit itself was quite strong, aiding in keeping her from harm. She took abilities from others aiding in her ability to keep from being spotted, hopign to never have to get into physical conflict with anyone with actual powers. Due to the nano machines the suit was quite adaptable, allowing her to go into a variety of situations without as much of a risk of being hurt.
This brings her to the present day, now living in Epitome City so as not to draw any unwanted visitors to her father. In the city she still holds her regular job and attends school so as not to appear as if anything had changed in her life. Though by night she was quite different, at night she was 'Silver' a… thief, to put it bluntly. Stealing from any company, person, she could that would get her money when she needed it for her father, never trying to go to far as to draw attention to things, but doing enough that she could take care of him without having to worry.
