Personality: Noe is a strange sort, actually fairly jovial even though he might be hunted, wanted, or whatever. He seems to also love to perform and most sorts of music tend toward grabbing his attention. If it weren't for his slight greed, he'd spend almost all his money on the arts! He cannot get enough of music, dance, or theater! Extremely art oriented and extremely perfectionistic. When on the 'job' as a Villain he tends to take control and create plans quickly. He is a mastermind, but fully capable of being a henchman too.
