Valeire was born to loving parents. Loving and supportive parents.
Her mother Liviana is an Civil Engineer that also does architectural work for the city. She is very often busy and out of the house, but she makes the time to talk to her kids. Even if it via cell phone. She at least makes sure to talk to them half an hour a day.

The father (Shinrar needs to give a name!) is a large burly man, whom shaves his head bald out of choice. He likes sports. He likes to be active. So that his why he pursued a career in becoming a Yoga teacher. His classes are quite popular. He also coaches the soccer team.
She, along with her brother (Shinrar's char - name pending) where cared for and raised to pursue their dreams. Valerie's dreams where…. substantial. Her lifelong ambition is to become the mayor of EC. So she has been pursuing that goal. She is very active in the community, she volunteers her time at several places - an urban planning committee, and a local socialist group. At school she is very active as well - she is on the student council, and a cheerleader. During the last couple summers she has worked for various organizations around the city - it is true that she got her foot into the door using her parent's connections… but she kept the job on her own merits.

Her powers emerged at around the age 13. At first she was really confused by them… but with her parents' help she was able to gain control of them, and develop on what they can do. She is… at the same them horrified by them, and excited about her powers. One of her biggest fears is that people only like her because she is making them like her with her powers.
She is a bundle of energy. Her parents often joke, that she is the reason why they are still fit. They have to be fit to keep track of her! Over all she has very positive disposition towards everyone. Always smiling. Always willing to land a hand. She considers life a giant adventure, one she wants to love to her fullest.
